There are various sections of data and the access granting authority is provided to the central administrator who is having the right to manage all the activities related the organization.

Status Report :

Status Report is divided into two parts :-


Enter Status : Employee can enter his own status or can edit the entered status on daily basis in the projects assigned to him by admin. And if the employee has applied for leave but he has entered status for that day then his leave for that day will be cancelled automatically. Also admin can enter the status of all employees of any date. And can also edit their entered status of employees of any date. And the email of daily status report will be sent to all employees,clients and admin and appraisers as well.

Check Status : Employee can check previous status entered by him. Client can view status entries in his projects.
Similarly the admin can also check the status entries of all the employees, he can also edit or delete the status report if there is any discrepency in the status report.

Leave and Attendance :


Attendance : Employee can view attendance and statistical information too like number of days worked and number of working days and number of holidays in that month. And admin can view the attendance of all employees.

Leave : This is the leave management system in which employee can check the leave balance details, can apply for leave. And on applying for leave, mail will be sent to his appraisar. Also employee will get the back email response for leave approval or rejection from the appraiser.when employee applies for leave it gets deducted after approval by admin/appraiser. Admin can assign number of leaves that each employee can take and can increase/decrease it.

Users :

Employee : Admin can manage the details of current employees like change password, send mail or not etc. He can also edit the profile of employee as he can change his/her appraiser and other related information. Also he can add or delete the employees and can activate the deleted employees too.

Client : Admin can manage the details of current clients like send mail and edit profile details etc. Also he can add or delete the clients and can activate the deleted clients too. Also if the client get deleted, then his projects will also be removed from the projects section and also from the list of projects assigned to employees.

Project Management :

Admin can add the project, edit the details of project and can assign the view permissions regarding project to the employees. Means employee will see the list of only those projects on which he is working.

Appraisal :

This is another exciting feature of status system for the employees whose appraisal date is coming close will see the extra tab of his appraisal,so that he/she can fill his/her appraisal form.As the employee fills the appraisal form, it will dissappear from that employee interface and appear to his/her appraiser and after approval from appraiser it will move to the HR for final approval.

Profile :

The employee and client can add/edit their personnel details like date of birth and their contact information like their address.

Company Policy and Contact Info :

Employees can read the company policy of their organization, and can also get the contact Numbers of their colleagues. And admin can edit the company policy and he can view the detailed contact information of current as well as the deleted employees.

Holidays :

The employee and client can view the coming holidays of the organization. And admin can also edit these holidays and can also add more Holidays.

Birthday Alarm :

Birthday alarm is the another exciting feature available in status system.This is the email notification which is sent to employees regarding the birthday of their colleauges and clients for whom they are working.Email will be sent before two days of birthday and on birthdate.
